A statewide network
The Forum of Regional Arts Councils of Minnesota (FRACMN) is a partnership of the 11 Regional Arts Councils (RACs) that together serve all 87 counties and 11 tribal nations. Every RAC is represented by its Executive Director who understands their region’s unique needs and opportunities. Together, these voices make up FRACMN.

FRACMN brings RACs together through peer connections, shared knowledge, and collective advocacy, ensuring all Minnesotans have access to the arts across the state. Every RAC exists to support its unique communities, but navigating challenges and accessing resources can be difficult without a strong network behind them.
